Northpine Commerce Partners owns the storefront assets and is responsible for all transactions, customer orders, payments, and service requests. We maintain the catalog, write the listing content, and operate the store's policies and support workflow. The storefront is operated by this entity under the separate retail name Benchmark Tools.
