BLACK+DECKER 22-Inch Electric Hedge Trimmer

I've been using this hedge trimmer for a few weeks now, and it's a huge upgrade over my old gas-powered one. It's much lighter – I can hold it with one hand – and it's quiet. The wrap-around handle gives me good control for shaping. It zips through overgrown hedges without bogging down. At $29.50, it's a steal.

I've had this trimmer for a couple of months and it's done a great job on my hedges and shrubs. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver. The blades are sharp and haven't dulled yet. My only complaint is the cord – it can be annoying to work around, but that's expected for a corded model. Overall, very satisfied.

I was surprised by how easy this trimmer is to use. It's not heavy at all, and it cuts through branches up to about 3/4 inch thick without struggling. The wrap-around handle makes it comfortable to hold at any angle. I've used it to shape my boxwoods and it did a perfect job. Highly recommend.

This trimmer is fine for light grooming, but it really struggles with thicker branches – anything over half an inch is a struggle. I also noticed that the blades get jammed easily when cutting dry, woody material. For basic trimming, it's fine, but don't expect it to tackle heavy-duty jobs.

I really wanted to like this hedge trimmer, but it died on me after just three uses. The motor just stopped spinning mid-cut. I checked the cord and everything seems fine, but it won't turn on. Very disappointing. I'm returning it and will buy a different brand.

I've used this for about a month and it's held up well. It's powerful enough for my needs and the cutting width is good for getting the job done quickly. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the handle isn't as comfortable as I'd like for long sessions – it gets a bit tiring. But for the price, it's hard to beat.
