Metabo HPT DH18DBLQ4 18V Brushless SDS Plus Rotary Hammer Drill (Tool Body Only)

I used this to drill 1-inch holes in concrete foundation for anchor bolts. It chewed right through. Battery life is decent with a 3Ah, but you'll want a bigger battery for extended use.
